Hughes Klaiber is built around the strategy, financial and marketing expertise of Sally Anne Hughes.
Sally Anne is a former director with one of the tri-state’s largest business brokerage firms.
Prior to her career as a business intermediary, Sally Anne spent ten years as a vice president with
Citigroup. She held a number of positions within the bank, including business strategy and acquisitions,
marketing communications, and corporate sales, where she lead a team responsible for international
banking services for senior employees of Fortune 500 clients. Sally Anne began her career as an
account executive with several advertising agencies, and also served as the marketing director of a
large corporate law firm.
Sally Anne holds a New York real estate license, and received an MBA from The Darden School at the
University of Virginia. She has an undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Central
Florida.
Sally Anne is one of only 12 business intermediaries in New York state who hold the Certified Business
Intermediary (CBI) designation. The CBI designation is awarded by the International Business Brokers
Association based on demonstrated experience, continuing education and a comprehensive
examination.
With a family background with small and mid-sized businesses, Sally Anne understands the rewards,
